24 Jun 2006 - Blashford regatta

The annual Sea Scout regatta at Blashford was again run with very light winds but with very hot sunshine. The conditions proved very challenging for many of the crews and there were many retirements and shortened races. Congratulations to all who took part and to those who overcame everything to win their races. Home water advantage was obvious as Sandleheath romped home the overall winners.
